Alexandros Potter

Managing Member & Co -CEO

Responsible for the Fund's day-to-day operations and strategy including financing and production. Co-founder of Simeon Entertainment, a finance, production and distribution company behind the award-winning box office hit ‘Man of God’ starring Mickey Rourke; the 2013 NYIIFVF Audience Award Winner, L.A. Superheroes; and Monday Nights At Seven starring Edward James Olmos and former UFC middleweight champion, Anderson Silva. Previously served as an executive at IM Global, a world leading entertainment company with core business in film and television sales, financing, production and distribution, and music publishing. As VP, Finance & Operations Potter was responsible for the financial structuring, negotiations and successful closing of over 25 feature films with budgets ranging from $1 to $80 million range as well as the company's mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance activities. Previously served as finance executive at Grosvenor Park LP, a dedicated $100 million film fund backed by the Fortress Investment Group. Alexandros started his career in Swiss private banking and worked as an Account Manager at Abbey Capital, a Fund of Fund with over $2 billion under management where he was responsible for daily fund valuation, risk analysis and reporting. He also served as VP, Operations for New Medium Enterprises, a U.S. publicly traded technology/media company, that was at the forefront of the high-definition optical disc revolution competing against Sony Blu-ray and Toshiba HD DVD formats. The company’s majority shareholders included the Packer family and the Wallenberg family.

Yelena Popovic

Managing Member & Co-CEO

Popovic is a Serbian/American writer, director, and producer. She wrote, directed and produced award-winning box office hit "Man of God" starring Mickey Rourke and the 2013 NYIIFVF Audience Award Winner, "L.A. Superheroes". Popovic also produced "Monday Nights at Seven" starring Edward James Olmos and has several active projects in development. Popovic wrote and will direct “Moses the Black". She studied at Playhouse West, an industry-recognized premier acting school and training ground for actors, writers, and directors, founded by Robert Carnegie and Jeff Goldblum. Popovic received the Order of the Praying Theotokos from His Beatitude Patriarch Daniel of Romania in honor of her work through film.

Florence Larsonneur

President of Business Affairs

Responsible for all aspects of the Fund's business affairs. Florence Larsonneur has held senior positions at several major entertainment companies including Fox International Productions, IM Global, Recorded Picture Company and Hanway Films. As SVP of Business Affairs and Co-Productions at IM Global, Larsonneur was responsible for negotiating, structuring, and finalizing the company slate, output and joint venture deals as well as all production, finance, and distribution deals. Prior to that, as Vice President of Business Affairs and Head of Business Affairs for Fox International Productions, Larsonneur was responsible for negotiating the studio's high-profile worldwide co-production, distribution and finance agreements while overseeing the division's international business units. Prior to joining Fox International Productions, Larsonneur served as SVP of Business Affairs at Hanway Films, the UK based leading international film finance, production sales, and distribution company. Larsonneur holds three (3) separate Master Degrees from the University of Paris Dauphine in Finance & Marketing; Law; and Art Management.
